Janet Sandberg⁠⁠⁠⁠ is a former gothic punk girl with a dragon tattoo who is now a Doc Marten wearing spiritual badass. She’s an intuitive channel, coach, energy master, and author. She is also the host of the Phoenix Wisdom podcast, which she started after a 23-year-old family friend ended her own life. After having survived many years of darkness and despair herself, Janet wanted to talk openly about the darkness by sharing inspiring stories from those of us who have made it out the other side and are now thriving.
